PROJECT DESCRIPTION

100 Mount Street brings prestigious office and retail spaces to the heart of North Sydney. The 44 level tower, includes six basement levels and two ground-floor retail areas making it the tallest building in North Sydney.

SCOPE

Over 2,000 square metres of Geosynthetic sheet membranes installed to tank the 6 level basement sitting below the water table. None exposed membranes to ground floor podium and landscaped areas. Trafficable anti slip membrane systems applied to all internal plant room. Trafficable anti slip UV exposed membrane systems applied to all exposed roof tops and open plant room room structures. Epoxy coatings and sealers to all service rooms, corridors and garbage rooms. Tanking membranes to all tanks.
