PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Described as the ‘School of the Future’, Lindfield Learning Centre consists of three new home base schools within the existing buildings, upgrades to the existing theatre and sports hall plus high-quality technical spaces for science, engineering, hospitality, visual and performing arts, as well as music and film.

SCOPE

This remedial project required the installation of over 15,000 square metres of insulation, vapour barrier/sheet membranes, two layer torch applied membrane, PVC membranes, concrete toppings, drainage cells and ballast.

This mammoth undertaking was completed by SPC in less than 90 days.
