Project Description

Broken into two stages, Stage 1 saw the refurbishment of office spaces for the Kids Research Institute at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead with the addition of 10 new meeting spaces and Staff Hub. Stage 2 saw the construction of a new Clinical Research Centre designed for paediatric clinical trials and research.

Scope

With the staged refurbishment of these hospital facilities, the roofs which had a leaking asbestos contaminated membrane that desperately  needed to be upgraded. We installed over 40,000 square metres of PVC membrane to the roofs including over all 600 lineal metres of PVC walk way pads for service trades.
