PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This six-storey data centre facilitates some of the world’s largest organisations, Australian companies and government agencies. Spanning across six-storeys the centre includes renown infrastructure services and comes with an Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Rating.

SCOPE

This challenging project required over 20,000 square metres of protective epoxy coatings and anti dusting sealers to be applied to every level containing the mission critical multi million dollar equipment.

The basement was completely tanked using a PVC membrane to 4,200+ square metres guaranteeing no ground water/moisture could enter the facility.

​

The roof protected with over 3,000 square metres of torch on sheet membrane to landscaped areas as well as an additional 1,800 square metres of liquid applied trafficable UV exposed membranes to non accessible roofs and terraces.
