PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The upgrade of the Qantas facility at Mascot saw the conversion of four office buildings into a campus style environment. The facility included office spaces, temporary accommodation for flight and cabin crew, auditorium, retail shops, and outdoor seating.

SCOPE

Over 9,800 square metres of torch on sheet membranes were applied to podiums, landscaped gardens, exposed roof tops and terraces. Trafficable epoxy coatings to all service and plant rooms. Expansion joint systems installed to all car parks with tanking membranes applied to tanks and retaining walls.
