PROJECT DECRIPTION

This impressive eight-level retail showroom incorporates 12 new offices and a variety of customer facilities including a lounge, children’s play area, lifestyle shop, café and turn key service centre.

SCOPE

Installed 5,200 square metres of geosynthetic sheet membranes to completely tank the basement which sits below the water table. 3,400 lineal metres of PVC cast-in and hydrophilic waterstops installed to construction joints. 6,800 square metres of facade membranes installed. 4,800 square metres of torch-on sheet membranes applied to roof top car park, 2,850 square metres of liquid applied trafficable membranes installed as well over 9,500 square metres of epoxy installed to service and after sales car park areas.
