PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project consisted of the development of an underground multi-purpose sports facility built below existing grounds as UTS. The centre features a basketball court, change rooms, locker rooms, administration offices, gymnasium and a dance studio plus a landscaped area near the atrium.

SCOPE

3,800 square metres of fully adhered cold-applied bitumen sheet membrane, protection and drainage sheets was installed to the roof of this underground sports hall which was then covered with turf creating a beautiful open green space.
